RECIPE BACKSTORY
The easiest bread to make in a pinch is beer bread! My mother-in-law made it for me and I was amazed you could have homemade bread in an hour.
I am not sure if this is my MIL's recipe or if I found this somewhere else, but it's a standby. Even though I don't drink beer I love it when friends leave bottles behind at our house after BYOB parties because it means I get to make beer bread!
**If the beer is really strong or dark the bread will be more bitter. You might have to experiment to see if there are certain brands you like the best.
