Beer Fritter Batter for Fried Chicken

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter

  • 1/2 cup Beer
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Combine flour, egg, butter, salt, and beer in a blender or processor.
  2. 2. Beat until batter is smooth.
  3. 3. Let batter stand, covered, for 4 hours before using.
  4. 4. Cover chicken with batter and deep fry until golden brown.

I think this recipe is a little bland, so I add some garlic, salt and pepper, and some type of spicy seasoning.
