Best Breakfast Burgers

  • 1/2 Lbs. Ground Beef
  • Seasonings - Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder
  • Sesame Seeds/Poppy Seeds
  • Sliced Cheese of Choice
  • Pillsbury Flaky Layer Biscuits
  • 1 Egg Per Burger
  1. Preheat oven according to biscuit package directions
  2. Add seasonings to meat as desired
  3. Form 1/2 lb. patties to the size of the biscuits
  4. Sprinkle the top of the biscuits with the sesame and poppy seeds and press into dough
  5. Put biscuits in the oven and bake for the recommended amount of time
  6. Fry patties over medium heat until the desired doneness
  7. When biscuits and patties are just about done, fry an egg to over medium/hard
  8. Add cheese to the patties while still in pan so the cheese melts perfectly
  9. Assemble burgers
