Best Breakfast Burgers

- 1/2 Lbs. Ground Beef
- Seasonings - Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder
- Sesame Seeds/Poppy Seeds
- Sliced Cheese of Choice
- Pillsbury Flaky Layer Biscuits
- 1 Egg Per Burger
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven according to biscuit package directions
- Add seasonings to meat as desired
- Form 1/2 lb. patties to the size of the biscuits
- Sprinkle the top of the biscuits with the sesame and poppy seeds and press into dough
- Put biscuits in the oven and bake for the recommended amount of time
- Fry patties over medium heat until the desired doneness
- When biscuits and patties are just about done, fry an egg to over medium/hard
- Add cheese to the patties while still in pan so the cheese melts perfectly
- Assemble burgers
