Best Country Style Ribs

  • 3 pounds country-style ribs
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 3 TBS lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place ribs in a dutch oven; cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Place ribs in an oiled 13X9 inch baking dish.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
  5. Bake at 325 degrees 1 to 2 hours, or until meat is tender.
  6. Check after 1 hour and watch so sauce doesn't boil away.
