Big As Texas Chip Dip
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 16-ounce cans refried beans
  • 1/4 cup picante sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 (1-1/4-ounce) packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 avocados - large, mashed
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tomato - chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup olives - chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese - shredded
DIRECTIONS
  1. For extra appeal, cleverly arrange the fourth, fifth, and sixth layers into star shaped or other fun patterns. On a large plate or platter, mix and layer the following ingredients in the order listed. Serve with tortilla chips.
