Biscuit Pizza Bake

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 12 ounce tubes refrigerator buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 15 ounce pizza sauce
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 4 ounce can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 3 1/2 ounce package sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a skillet cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Quarter biscuits and place in a greased shallow 3 quart dish. Top with pizza sauce. Drain beef. Sprinkle over bisuits and sauce. Layer with green pepper, onion, mushroom, pepperoni and cheeses. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
