DIRECTIONS
  1. mix flours and salt
  2. add COLD butter in chunks and break up until pea sized
  3. add buttermilk and eggs and mix until just combined
  4. roll to 1/2 inch thickness, do a three fold and then roll out to 1 inch
  5. cut into desired shape
  6. egg wash
  7. refrigerate for 10 minutes
  8. bake 375 DECK
