Black Bean And Corn Salsa

- 16 oz can black beans
- 11 oz can white corn
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 C minced red onion
- 2 to 3 T minced jalapeno or poblano pepper.
- 3 T fresh sqeezed lime juice
- 3 T fresh chopped cilantro
DIRECTIONS
- This makes a good side dish or salsa with chips. Its from the Ft. Worth Star Telegram,on a feature on fast and easy to make dishes from canned food.
- 16 oz can black beans
- 11 oz can white corn
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes

- 3 T fresh sqeezed lime juice
- 3 T fresh chopped cilantro
- Drain and rinse black beans. Drain corn and tomatoes. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
- 4 servings per the recipe (Mine made a huge bowl)
