Black Bean Pasta with Lemon Butter
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 10 minutes
  • Servings: 1
  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes
  • 2 oz. Black Bean Pasta
  • Vegan Butter
  • Lemon
  • Slightly steamed Peppers, Carrots, Snow Peas
  • Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Boil Pasta until Al Dente
  2. Meanwhile, steam veggies, toss with a little v. butter, salt and pepper
  3. Drain pasta
  4. Place in bowl
  5. Add several tablespoons of v. butter
  6. Squeeze 1/2 lemon or more to taste
  7. Add Salt and pepper
  8. Top pasta with the steamed vegetables and serve.
  9. Add more lemon as desired.
