Black Bean Salsa Dip

INGREDIENTS
  • • 2 – 8 oz. blocks cream cheese, room temperature
  • • ¾ c. mayonnaise
  • • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • • 3 Tbs. southwest seasoning
  • • 1 can corn, drained
  • • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • • 1 can sliced olives, drained
  • • 1 diced red pepper
  • • 2 green onions, chopped
  • • ¾ c. salsa
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream together the cream cheese, mayo, garlic, and southwest seasoning. Add and mix corn and black beans. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a dish. Top with a layer each of olives, red pepper, green onions, and salsa. Serve with tortilla chips.
