Black Bean Salsa
INGREDIENTS

  • 15 oz can of corn
  • 15 oz. can of Black Beans, drained
  • 6-8 Green onions, chopped
  • 3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 c fresh cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • salt
  • pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together corn, black beans, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. Refrigerate until ready to serve, then stir in avacado. Serve with tortilla chips.
