Black Bean and Corn Salsa
INGREDIENTS
- 1 15oz can white kernel corn, drained
- 1 15oz can black beans, rinse off with warm water and drain
- 1 stalk green onion; diced
- 1 tomatoe; diced
- 1 red pepper; diced
- 1 green pepper; diced
- Jalapeno peppers; diced
- (1 or 2 to taste)
- 1 8oz fat free zesty italian dressing
DIRECTIONS
- mix ingredients together and refrigerate for about 2 hours. serve with chips.
