Black Bean and Corn Salsa
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 15oz can white kernel corn, drained
  • 1 15oz can black beans, rinse off with warm water and drain
  • 1 stalk green onion; diced
  • 1 tomatoe; diced
  • 1 red pepper; diced
  • 1 green pepper; diced
  • Jalapeno peppers; diced
  • (1 or 2 to taste)
  • 1 8oz fat free zesty italian dressing
DIRECTIONS
  1. mix ingredients together and refrigerate for about 2 hours. serve with chips.
