Black Bean and Salsa Soup

- 2 Cup whole kernel corn
- 11/2 Cups salsa
- 2 vegetable bouillon cubes and 2 cups water
- 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
- 1 Dash of hot sauce
- 2-15 Ounce cans black beans, drained and rinsed
DIRECTIONS
- Place 1 can of the beans, salsa, bouillon cubes, water and cumin in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine and heat thoroughly over low.
