Black Bean and Salsa Soup

  • 2 Cup whole kernel corn
  • 11/2 Cups salsa
  • 2 vegetable bouillon cubes and 2 cups water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1 Dash of hot sauce
  • 2-15 Ounce cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  1. Place 1 can of the beans, salsa, bouillon cubes, water and cumin in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a saucepan and add remaining ingredients. Stir to combine and heat thoroughly over low.
