Blueberry Crisp

  • cups Blueberries -- fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda
  • --Topping--
  • 1/2 cup Oatmeal -- slow-cooking
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Splenda
  • 2 tablespoons Butter or Margarine -- melted
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend together flour and Splenda in a large bowl. Mix with blueberries and place in a 9x9
  2. inch baking dish or pan.
  3. Topping-
  4. Mix all topping ingredients together in a large bowl. Sprinkle on top of blueberry filling in
  5. pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.
