Blueberry Crumble
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
DIRECTIONS
  1. Wash blueberries & put in bottom of 9X13 casserole dish.
  2. Mix flour, egg & sugar in a bowl until it has a crumble effect.
  3. Pour over blueberries.
  4. Melt butter& drizzle over top.
  5. Bake @ 350 for 30-35 mins.
