Blueberry muffins
INGREDIENTS

- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups blueberries
- extra sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Cream butter and sugar well. Add eggs one at a time. Beat well. Separately combine dry ingredients. Add to batter alternately with milk. Stir in blueberries. Divide among 12 greased muffin cups. Sprinkle the tops with a little extra sugar.
- Bake at 375 degrees. 15-20 minutes. Cool 15 min in pan, then remove to rack to cool completely, or serve warm.
- Store uncovered to maintain sugar dry on top.
