Bob Evans' Coconut Cream Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 9 oz vanilla pudding
- 5 oz cool whip
- 4 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups coconut
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut
- 2 baked pie shells
DIRECTIONS
- Mix first 4 items. Pour in baked pie shells and top with toasted coconut. Chill. Makes 2 pies.
