Bob Evans' Coconut Cream Pie

  • 9 oz vanilla pudding
  • 5 oz cool whip
  • 4 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut
  • 2 baked pie shells
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix first 4 items. Pour in baked pie shells and top with toasted coconut. Chill. Makes 2 pies.
