Bonbon Cookies Glaze and Chocolate Glaze

  • Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp plus1-1/2 tsp milk
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • Chocolate Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 oz melted unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 tsp vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. GLAZE:
  2. Beat 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon plus 1-1/2 teaspoons milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth and of desired consistency.
  3. Tint parts of glaze with different food colors if desired.
  4. CHOCOLATE GLAZE:
  5. Beat 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 ounce melted unsweetened chocolate (cool) and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth and of desired consistency.
  6. Chocolate Bonbon Cookies:
  7. Omit food color.
  8. Stir in 1 ounce melted
  9. unsweetened chocolate (cool) into margarine mixture.
