Bourbon Barbecue Marinade (Weber)
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco┬« sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the marinade ingredients. Place the steaks in a large, plastic resealable bag and pour in the marinade. Press out the air, seal the bag, and turn several times to coat the meat. Place the bag in a bowl and refrigerate for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, turning the bag occasionally.
