Bourbon Ribeye Steaks

  • 4 ribeye steaks
  • 2 Tbls. bourbon whiskey
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbls. packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbls. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic - crushed
DIRECTIONS
  1. -Combine all ingredients in a plastic zipper bag; knead to mix; marinate for 2 hours.
  2. -Grill steaks over medium high heat until desired doneness.
  3. Excellent when grilled over mesquite.
