Bow-Tie Pasta Salad

  • 1 12oz package bow-tie pasta
  • 1 can sliced olives
  • 1 package imitation crab meat
  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 1 6 oz jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • Cubed mozzarella cheese
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • Garlic salt and pepper to taste
  1. Boil pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, cut broccoli and blanche.
  3. Cut marinated artichokes in half.
  4. Combine pasta, broccoli, artichokes, crabmeat and olives in a large bowl.
  5. Add dressing, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix and enjoy.
