Breakfast Burritos

INGREDIENTS
- 4 ounces bulk sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoon water
- 4 tablespoons canned chopped green chilies
- 2 (10-inch) flour tortilla
DIRECTIONS
- Combine sausage and onion in microwavable 1-quart casserole. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until sausage is brown and onion is tender, stirring once to break up meat.
- Beat eggs with water in small bowl. Stir in chilies.
- Drain fat from casserole. Add egg mixture to sausage and onion; mix well. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2-1/2 minutes, stirring once. Do not overcook; eggs should be soft with no liquid remaining.
- Microwave tortillas on HIGH about 15 seconds. Divide scrambled egg mixture between tortillas
