Breakfast Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 20 ounce bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 8 Tbs. melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 10 Eggs
- 2 Cups Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 - 3/4 Cup milk
- 1 1/2 Cups cubed ham
- 1 Cup Cheddar grated
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Press hash browns into a 11x7" baking dish, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. bake 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
- Mix together eggs, monterey jack cheese, milk and ham. Pour over hash browns. Bake 15 minutes covered and 20 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top, return to oven until melted.
