Breakfast Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 1/2 Cup quick oats
  • 1/3 Cup honey (or 1/2 Cup sugar)
  • 1/3 Cup applesauce (or oil)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350F (176C)
  2. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. 3. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet, flatten into cookie shape.
  5. 5. Bake for 20 minutes or until light brown.
