Breakfast Pineapple Casserole
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter -- melted
  • 3 eggs -- beaten
  • 6 slices white bread slices -- cubed
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice -- undrained
  • 1/2 cup milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. Moisten bread cubes with milk. Mix with remaining ingredients, and bake in a 2-quart covered casserole at 375F degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
