  • 1lb ground sausage
  • 1 cup hash browns (defrosted)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 5 eggs with milk to scramble
  • 1 (8 oz) container of crescent rolls
DIRECTIONS
  1. Spread crescent rolls in oiled 9 X 12 pan. Bring dough up along the sides of pan. Seal seams
  2. Brown and drain sausage. Spread on crescent rolls
  3. Cover with potatoes and scrambled eggs
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top
  5. Bake 375 for 20 minutes.
