Brenda's Pecan Nut Balls

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups pecans, finely chopped
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pound butter (at room temperature)
  • Powdered sugar, to coat (about 1 cup)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together and roll into small balls.
  2. Bake 275 degree oven on ungreased cookie sheet - 30 minutes.
  3. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
