Brisket
INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 Large Onions
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
- 2 8 oz cans tomatoe sauce
- 4 Cups water
DIRECTIONS
- Sear and brown brisket with onions.
- Then combine all, and simmer 1 1/2 hours
- Remove brisket, slice,
- Continue to cook another hour or so.
