Broccoli Ginger Stir-Fry in Parchment

  • 4 cups broccoli cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped gingerroot
  • 1 big sheet of parchment paper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Spray nonstick cooking spray on parchment
  2. Place all ingredients on parchment
  3. Bring the long edges of parchment together and fold them down
  4. Fold in short ends and crimp to seal
