Broccoli Swiss Bake
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 ½ C summer squash (1/2” slices)
  • ¼ C milk
  • 3 C fresh broccoli, cut
  • ¼ tsp dry mustard
  • ½ C butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • pepper & cayenne to taste
  • ½ C shredded Swiss cheese
  • ½ C parmesan cheese
  • 2 T toasted sesame seeds
DIRECTIONS
  1. Steam squash and broccoli so they are crisp tender. Layer in casserole. Melt butter and mix with egg, swiss cheese, milk and seasoning. Pour over broccoli and squash. Top with parmesan cheese and sesame seeds. Bake 20 minutes at 350. Serve immediately.
