Broccoli and Cheese Custard
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  1. Cook the broccoli for 10 minute. Drain and place the
  2. broccoli in a shallow buttered casserole dish. In a blender container; blend the eggs, milk, cheese and pepper; pour the mixture over the broccoli. Set the dish in a pan of water, and place in oven to bake. Bake at 350-degrees for 30 minute or until firm.
