Broccoli with garlic and lemon
  • Servings: 4
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  1. In a small saucepan, bring one cup of water to a boil. Add the broccoli to the boiling water and cook for t-3 minutes or until tender. Drain.
  2. In a small saute pan over medium-high, heat the oil.. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add broccoli, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Combine well and serve.
