Broccoli with garlic and lemon

- Servings: 4
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon zest
DIRECTIONS
- In a small saucepan, bring one cup of water to a boil. Add the broccoli to the boiling water and cook for t-3 minutes or until tender. Drain.
- In a small saute pan over medium-high, heat the oil.. Add the garlic and saute for 30 seconds. Add broccoli, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Combine well and serve.
