Brown Rice with apricots
INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 cup quick-cooking brown rice
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
- 1/3 cup finely chopped dried apricots
- 1/3 cup raisins
DIRECTIONS
- Cook rice according to instructions on the packet. Combine rice, almonds, apricots in a oven safe dish and cook at 300 for 10 minutes.
- Serve.
