Brown Rice with apricots
INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup quick-cooking brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped dried apricots
  • 1/3 cup raisins
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook rice according to instructions on the packet. Combine rice, almonds, apricots in a oven safe dish and cook at 300 for 10 minutes.
  2. Serve.
