Brown Sugar Chicken
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 lbs. boneless chicken pieces
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 up lemon lime soda
  • 2-3 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place chicken pieces in your slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the top of chicken.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Serve with rice.
  4. Yields 4 servings.
