Brown Sugar Pecans

- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 16 oz. pecan halves
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
- Spread nuts on a foil lined cookie sheet
- Melt butter in a sasucepan over medium heat
- Add sugar, vanilla, and salt and stir one minute, then remove from heat
- Pour over nuts, stirring to coat
- Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes, stopping to stir halfway through
- Remove from oven and spread onto wax paper to cool
