Brownie A'la'Mode Cake
  • Box of favorate brownie mix
  • 6oz. cup of nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 gallon of french vanilla (or your favorite)ice cream, softened
  1. Combine brownie mix and yogurt in place of eggs & oil as directed on package - bake in two separate cake pans of equal size (see box for times). Cool completely. Invert one "cake" end onto serving plate. Invert Ice cream onto separate plate - cut section to fit directly on top of first cake end, place the rest back into the tub (can get tricky, so work quickly!). Invert second cake end. Wrap in parchment / freezer paper tightly and re-freeze for about 30 min. Serve with desired garnishments (chocolate sauce, cherries, etc.)Enjoy!
