Brownie Berry Parfaits
  • 1 box 10 oz. Birds Eye frozen Raspberries OR substitute Birds Eye frozen Strawberries.
  • 4 large prepared brownies, cut into cubes
  • 1 pint vanilla or chocolate ice cream
  • 4 tbsps chocolate syrup
  • 2 tbsps chopped walnuts
  1. Thaw raspberries according to package directions. Divide half the brownie cubes among four parfait glasses. Top with half the ice cream and raspberries. Repeat layers with remaining brownie cubes, ice cream and raspberries.
