Brownie Bottom Pudding Pie

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 squares Baker's semi sweet baking chocolate or
  • Baker's German sweet baking chocolate
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 4 serving chocolate instant pudding
  • Cool Whip, thawed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of 9" pie pan. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on high 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, then nuts. Spread in pan. Bake 25-30 minutes. Cool. Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Bean with wire whisk 1 minute. Let stand 2 minutes. Spread over browinie pie. Top with whipped topping. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
