Bruschetta
INGREDIENTS

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 pkg cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves
  • 1 1/2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 pkg herb and garlic feta (crumble it if not already)
  • 1 pkg loaf sourdough bread, thickly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat the olive oil in saucepan
  2. Mix in tomatoes, fresh basil leaves and garlic.
  3. Cook and stir until heated and slightly tender about 5 minutes.
  4. blend cream cheese with herb and garlic feta.
  5. In a toaster lightly toast the sourdough bread slices.
  6. sprinkle olive oil on top
  7. Spread with the cream cheese mix.
  8. Top with tomato mixture.
  9. Sprinkle cheese.
  10. serve
