Bubbly pulled BBQ Chicken sandwiches
  • 16 oz boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 12 ounces of coke soda
  • 4 hamburger rolls
  1. Combine ketchup and soda in a skillet.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Add the chicken breasts.
  4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Turn chicken breasts, cook an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Remove chicken from skillet continue cooking liquid until it thickens.
  7. Meanwhile, shred chicken by pulling apart with two forks.
  8. Add back to liquid.
  9. Cook 2 more minutes and divide amound hamburger rolls.
