Buffalo Chicken Dip

INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or use 2 cans chicken breasts in water- the large cans- no need to cook
- 1 - 12 oz bottle of Franks Hot Sauce
- 1 - 16 oz bottle/jar of Blue Cheese or Ranch Dressing
- 2 - 8 oz cream cheese - softened
- 1 - 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese - finely shredded
DIRECTIONS
- Boil chicken breasts for about 20 minutes or until done. Drain, cool, and shred. In a bowl toss chicken with hot sauce and then drain. (You can add 1 1/2 cups - 2 cups hot sauce and skip draining.)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Ina saucepan, combine the dressing and cream cheese over medium heat until smooth.
- Layer chicken in 9x14 pan. Pour cream cheese mixture evenly over chicken and bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with grated cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
- Serve with celery, pita chips, tortilla chips, or Fritos chips.
