Buffalo Chicken Wing Mold

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (4 oz) pkg lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • 2 oz. bleu cheese
  • 2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 2 (6 1/2 oz) cans white chunk chicken, drained
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend all ingredients (use low speed of electric mixer).
  2. Pour into a greased ring mold or a greased glass bowl (which will result in a mound-shaped mold).
  3. Chill thoroughly.
  4. Turn out on plate.
  5. Serve with a variety of crackers.
