Buffalo Chicken crockpot lasagna
  • 3 cups of chicken tender
  • 1 1/2 jars of spaghetti sauce (sugar free)
  • Franks red hot
  • lasagna whole grain pasta break to fit your crockpot!!!
  • red and green diced peppers
  • ricotta cheese 15 oz tub
  • mozzarella 2 cups
  • blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup water

  2. I diced and cooked about 3 cups of chicken tenders. Add to about 1 1/2 jars of spaghetti sauce, and 8 oz. Franks red hot sauce (this is hot, lessen this if you have little kids or don't like hot stuff).
  3. Put a thin layer of sauce without the chicken in the bottom of the crock. Layer uncooked lasagna noodles (break them up to fit), the chicken/sauce mixture, diced red and green bell pepper, ricotta cheese (you will end up using a 15 oz. tub), mozzarella (I bought the 2 cup shredded, and used all of it), a few blue cheese crumbles.....repeat. Third layer is lasagna, plain sauce and cheese, including a bit of shredded cheddar. Add 1/2 cup of water to the whole thing.
  4. Cook about 4-5 hours on low. THIS IS FABULOUS!!!
