Bull Taco Soup

  • 2 lb (900 mg) ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 can (341 mL/12 oz) whole corn kernel
  • 1 can (540 mL/19 oz) black beans
  • 1 can (540 mL/19 oz) kidney beans
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 can (796 mL/28 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can (796 mL/28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • hot sauce if desired
DIRECTIONS
  1. Fry and drain ground beef.
  2. Add chili powder and stir well.
  3. Combine all ingredients in crock pot or dutch oven.
  4. Simmer for 1 hour or more.
