Bullgogi
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 4
- For 4 people:
- 1.5 lbs. beef steak
- 10 spoonfuls of soybean sauce
- 4 tsps sugar
- 2 onions
- 8 cloves garlic
- 4 tsp sake (or dry sherry)
- 2 grain tsp sesame
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp of soybean or canola oil
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the steak into small quarters. Dice the onions and garlic and mix all ingredients (except the soybean oil) in an large bowl. Let set for 2 hours. Heat oil in a frying pan; cook the meat for about 2 minutes or until browned. Mushrooms and/or rice make a nice addition to the meal.
