DIRECTIONS
  1. Boil noodles and set aside. Stir fry shrimp, onions, and bean sprouts with oil, garlic, and lemon grass. Pour stir fry over a bed of rice noodles and add fresh cucumber and herbs, and top with peanuts. Serve with nuoc mam sauce.
