Bun in a mug

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients well
  2. Pour batter in a mug
  3. Microwave high for 60 to 90 seconds
  4. Once cooled, the bun can be easily be removed from the mug
  5. Cut in slices

I used the slices to create these awesome canapes (cream cheese with herbs, sour cream with caviar, avocado mousse with cucumber, sour cream with dry-cured ham, egg and ham mousse)
