Bun in a mug
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 1.5 minutes

- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients well
- Pour batter in a mug
- Microwave high for 60 to 90 seconds
- Once cooled, the bun can be easily be removed from the mug
- Cut in slices
