Buster Bar Dessert

INGREDIENTS
  • Crust:
  • 1 16 ounce package Oreo's crumbled
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Filling:
  • 1/2 gallon Vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup Spanish peanuts
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • Spanish peanuts
  • 2/3 cup chocolate morsels
DIRECTIONS
  1. Stir melted butter into Oreo's, press into 13X9 inch pan and freeze.
  2. Spread softened ice cream overcrust and sprinkle with 1/2 cup peanuts.
  3. Put dish back into freezer.
  4. In saucepan, bring the sugar, milk, butter, and morsels to a boil, stirring constantly approximately 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Cool the sauce and pour over the dessert and top with peanuts.
  6. Freeze overnight.
