Butterfinger Cookies

  • 1-2 Boxes Ritz Crackers
  • Jiff Smooth Peanut Butter
  • White Almond Bark (2 packages)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Make peanut butter sandwiches by spreading peanut butter on one cracker (a little less than the filling of an oreo) and top off with another cracker.
  2. Make all cracker sandwiches first and set aside.
  3. Melt Almond Bark in microwave safe glass bowl, one package at a time.
  4. Cook for one minute at a time and stir until mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  5. Place cookie on a fork, dip each sandwich into melted Almond Bark, making sure throughly covered, let excess drip.
  6. Place each cookie on waxed paper for drying. Just before coating is set, you may consider adding decorative sprinkles to the top of each cookie.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
These are easy and fast. I call them butterfinger cookies because they taste just like a butterfinger candy bar. They are loved by many at for Valentine's Day and Christmas.
