Butterflied Pork Chops
  • 2 boneless butterflied pork chops, about 3/4-inch thick
  • salt and paprika
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • butter
  • 2 slices cooked ham
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  1. Season pork chops with salt and paprika. Heat a skillet and brown the chops in butter over low heat, turning to brown both sides, until pork is browned and nearly done. Cut each chop with a slice of ham and cheese & minced garlic , folded to fit over top. Cover pan and sauté for about 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
  2. Serves 2.
Butterflied pork chops are browned then finished with a topping of sliced ham and cheese.
